In 2019, we launched the first test production with the mission of enabling the fast construction of residential buildings that are high quality, durable, and provide a high standard of living. This goal is ensured by the fact that the architectural form is based on a technology with hundreds of years of history, while the work processes can be realized through scalable and standardized manufacturing and construction processes.
As a result, we are able to present our customers with ready-made products even in the interest phase of the sales process, which we then perfect according to their individual needs.

We aim to further strengthen modular production at our Martonvásár site in the Hungarian market, initiate its foreign export, and in the case of more distant countries, ensure value creation, marketability, and rapid development within the framework of technology transfer.
Our marketability is based on several pillars.
The manufacturing processes allow us to make commitments to our clients that are uncommon in the construction industry, all while ensuring that the product is at least as high quality as those made with other technologies.
Such commitments include the short-term house construction guarantee, the 50-year structural warranty, and the fact that we do not deviate from the prices stated in the contract. These guarantees also represent an excellent investment opportunity for our clients, as, in addition to offering outstanding value for money, we make the construction process and the potential for immediate resale easily predictable.
We believe that, based on these advantages, our organizational structure and systems have now become sufficiently developed to integrate into foreign markets.

✓ Gyors kivitelezés, alacsony erőforrás igény
Főképp az előgyártási folyamatok, a száraz technológia, valamint a legapróbb részletekig menő pontos tervek miatt a lakóházaink kivitelezési ideje hihetetlenül gyors, ugyanakkor az emberi erőforrás igénye alacsony. Egy 50 nm²-es szerkezetkész ház 3-5 nap alatt kivitelezhető 2 ember munkájával, amelybe néhány héten belül be is költözhetnek. Alkalmazott módszereink azt is lehetővé teszik, hogy az év bármely szakaszában elindulhat az építkezés szemben más építkezési technológiákkal.
✓ Kimagaslóan jó minőség!
A gyorsaság nem megy a minőség rovására; éppen ellenkezőleg. Mivel a ház egyes elemei gyártósoron készülnek, sokkal pontosabb illesztéseket tudunk garantálni, ami szintén a szavatosságot biztosítja. A tervezés a leginnovatívabb eszközökkel történik, mint például a BIM vagy a TEKLA modell, amit a gyártói oldalon minőségbiztosítással és folyamatos auditokkal támogatunk. A tervek, az előkalkulációk részletekig menőek, így az építkezés költségösszetétele jól átlátható és nem merülhet fel rejtett költség vagy előre nem kalkulált munkafolyamat.

Ami még igazán innovatív és forradalmi a modern építészetben, hogy ügyfeleink a kész tervdokumentációk alapján, amelyek minden egyes lépést és eszközigényt tartalmaznak, akár maguk is felépíthetik saját szerkezetkész házukat különösebb speciális szaktudás nélkül, 2-3 fő bevonásával. Az építkezés ezen fázisában ugyanis nincs szükség sem speciális eszközökre, sem pedig nehézgépekre.

Az átadott, kész épületek pedig közel passzív házak, 0,12W/m2K hőátbocsátási tényezővel. Házaink fenntarthatóak, energiatakarékosak, amelyek egy környezettudatos, költséghatékony építkezési technológián alapulnak.

Lakóházaink kiváló tűzvédelmi mutatókkal (REI15 és REI30), valamint ÉMI, NMÉ, ETA, CE minősítésekkel rendelkeznek. Az építkezési forma stabil jövőjét, befektetési lehetőségét a hitelintézetek is látják és támogatják.

Az elkészült lakóházak moduláris tulajdonsága miatt nagyon könnyen átalakíthatóak, hozzáépíthetőek, így továbbértékesítés után vagy a következő generációk számára is kisebb munkálatokkal megfeleltethető az épület.

Fast construction, low resource requirements
Primarily due to the prefabrication processes, dry technology, and precise plans down to the smallest details, the construction time of our residential houses is incredibly fast, while the human resource requirements are low. A 50 m² shell-ready house can be built in 3-5 days by 2 people, and the occupants can move in within a few weeks. Our employed methods also allow construction to begin at any time of the year, unlike other construction technologies.
Outstanding quality!
Speed does not come at the expense of quality; on the contrary. Since the individual elements of the house are manufactured on the production line, we can guarantee much more precise fittings, which also ensures the warranty. The design is done with the most innovative tools, such as BIM or the TEKLA model, supported on the manufacturing side with quality assurance and continuous audits. The plans and pre-calculations are detailed, making the construction cost structure transparent, and there can be no hidden costs or uncalculated work processes.

The delivered, completed buildings are nearly passive houses, with a 0.12 W/m²K heat transfer coefficient. Our houses are sustainable, energy-efficient, and based on an eco-friendly, cost-effective construction technology.

Our residential buildings have excellent fire safety ratings (REI15 and REI30), as well as ÉMI, NMÉ, ETA, and CE certifications. The stable future and investment potential of this construction method is recognized and supported by financial institutions.
